  • Key identification features : Tree glabrous, evergreen, 4-6 m tall. Sap milky, thin, creamish. Leaves alternate, coriaceous, quite entire, elliptic-oblong, blade 4-6 cm; nerves slender, numerous, straight, joined by a distinct intramarginal nerve; leaf blades dark grey green above, light green underneath. Flowers monoecious, axillary; male flowers in short cymes; female flowers solitary or mixed with the male. Sepals 4, orbicular, concave, accrescent, enclosing the fruit. Flowers yellowish to almost white.
