  • Key identification features : Small to medium sized trees 7-13 m tall; girth up to 20 cm; bark smooth, grey. Leaves simple, often clustered at the end of branchlets, alternate, oblong elliptic, narrowing into the petiole, bluntly acute or obtuse, margin entire, light yellow to blue green above, yellow beneath, coriaceous, young leaves silky pubescent beneath. Inflorescence long-peduncled axillary or pseudoterminal panicles. Flowers pale green to greenish yellow. Berries oblong or globose, green to dark red.
