  • Key identification features : Small trees. Leaves lanceolate, sometimes subfalcate, base acuminate, apex obtusely acuminate, pinninerved, drying yellowish. Male flowers greenish to yellowish, minute, umbellate, in the axils of fallen leaves. Calyx 3-parted, shallowly imbricate, lobes ovate-lanceolate, acute, externally appressed-hispid. Stamens 8–12, inserted around smooth, yellow, broad continuous disk. Petals absent. Female flowers not seen.
